Creation of Maire Tecnimont Centre for Research in Waste Recycling and Circular Economy - Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. Milan
Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. Milan, the global leader in engineering & construction, hydrocarbon sector, circular economy & green chemistry has signed an MOU on 25/03/2021, with NITK for period of Five years for the creation of Maire Tecnimont Centre for Research in Waste Recycling and Circular Economy.
Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. Milan has donated 16 scholarships worth 35.20 lakhs for the academic year 2021-22 to NITK to run the Maire Tecnimont Centre for Research in Waste Recycling and Circular Economy and carry out research in the area of Waste to Energy.
The details of the scholarships are given in the attached file. There are three categories of scholarships 1. Post-Doctoral Fellowships 2. Project Associates I and II, 3. Contingency Support for MTech/ B.Tech Students of NITK
We are planning the selection process of the candidates for scholarships in two stages by giving wide publicity in the institute website:
1. First Stage: Selection candidates for Post-Doctoral Fellowships (for Mechanical, Chemical, and Chemistry Departments) (Guidelines prepared in line with NITK and Company Guidelines Attached)
2. Selection of Project Associates I and II (Planning to conduct after the Current MTech/Ph.D. interviews).
